Fish and seafood form the backbone of the menu, with influences from Mediterranean and Balkan cuisine, but they are also happy to experiment with innovative technologies and ingredients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bl\u00f6ff Gastropub is the place where playfulness, experimentation and discovery can be part of everyday life. The focus is on food, but served in a more casual, relaxed atmosphere than a more tightly-knit fine dining experience.
