And TEX-MEX cuisine refers to the above-mentioned region\u2019s gastronomy. The latter is a cavalcade of colourful dishes characterized by a lot of fresh vegetables, countless kinds of cured meat, essential tortillas, tasty sauces and an exceptional sense of seasoning. The Texas influence consists of the steaks and pork chops, as well as popular forms of matching potato garnishes.
