Iconic Venues of P\u00e9cs with Contemporary P\u00e9cs Bands<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For decades, P\u00e9cs has been the cradle of the popular music scene, being the hometown of bands like Punnany Massif, 30Y, Kiscsillag, and Halott P\u00e9nz, who still perform to sold-out audiences today. In the past, Kisp\u00e1l \u00e9s a Borz brought fame to P\u00e9cs far and wide. No other rural city in Hungary produces as many high-quality bands as P\u00e9cs. To this day, numerous bands and musical acts with unique sounds and talented performers operate in P\u00e9cs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The P\u00e9cs on Stage music production is dedicated to showcasing these contemporary bands with its monthly series, from which we now present a summary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The focus is on live recordings captured under professional conditions, but what truly distinguishes P\u00e9cs On Stage from similar initiatives is the sense of P\u00c9CSNESS that pervades the series. Each video is recorded at iconic, alternative locations in P\u00e9cs, allowing viewers to visit places such as the P\u00e9cs Main Railway Station hall, the P\u00e9csi S\u00f6r brewery, the Kod\u00e1ly Centre concert hall, and the University of P\u00e9cs Botanical Garden, while listening to songs by Filc, O’Sullivan, boebeck, and Siaga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
