Conditions of application and use of the card:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nThe access card can be applied for by paying a one-time deposit of 5 000,-Ft\/each, which is paid to the cash desk of the card holder (PL\u00dc Ltd.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The card is valid from receipt until 31 December of the year in question.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The card can be renewed from 01 December of the year in question by sending a renewal request by e-mail (e-mail address: misina@pvh.hu )<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The card will expire on 31 December of the year in question if it is not renewed and returned to the cardholder by 15 of the month following the year in question. In this case, the deposit will not be refunded, and will be charged to the cardholder’s account as compensation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The card can be returned at the place of receipt. The deposit will be paid to the Recipient within 15 days of the return of the card, after the card has been checked, to the bank account number indicated by the Recipient on the return document. The deposit shall not bear interest. If the card is damaged, defective or unusable, the deposit will be charged as compensation and will not be returned to the Recipient. A report on the inspection of the card will be drawn up and sent electronically to the cardholder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Recipient is entitled to use the card to access the area of the basement of the Misina roof enclosed by the turnstile, to use the bathing facilities and toilets and changing rooms enclosed by the turnstile for their intended purpose (hereinafter: the premises to be used with the access card) during the opening hours of the building (which PL\u00dc Ltd. reserves the right to determine and change).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The premises to be used with the access card must be used by the Recipient in accordance with the intended purpose and subject to the purpose for which they are intended. The cardholder shall be liable for any damage caused during the use of the premises blocked by the turnstile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Recipient is entitled to use the above-mentioned premises during the opening hours of the building without any time limit. If the Recipient places any equipment, valuables, clothing, etc. (hereinafter collectively referred to as “items left on the premises”) in the above-mentioned premises ( especially in lockers), they shall be accessible during the opening hours of the building. In the absence of illegality, the cardholder (PL\u00dc Ltd.) excludes its liability for damages resulting from the inaccessibility of the items left on the premises, it being the responsibility of the Recipient to know the opening hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is prohibited to transfer or assign the access card to a third party. In the event of any misuse of the card, the card will be blocked and the Recipient of the card will be liable for any damage caused by the misuse of the card.
