It has been involved in numerous festive and cultural events, publications and commemorations. For decades now, it has been the case that more than a quarter of Hungary\u2019s Croatian population has lived in Baranya County, and P\u00e9cs has become one of the centres of the Croatian community in Hungary. The past, present and, we hope, future of the county and P\u00e9cs are inconceivable without the Croatians living here.
