The townscape regulations provide answers to our questions regarding construction, such as ‘HOW CAN ONE BUILD?’.
The main purpose of Municipal Decree No. 20/2023. (VI.26.) (hereinafter: the Townscape Regulation) was to preserve and strengthen Pécs’s distinctive, valuable and tradition-preserving architectural character and structure. To this end, specific spatial and architectural townscape requirements have been defined for urban areas with different architectural characters.
