Do you love delicious pastries, or enjoy baking a few festive treats in the kitchen? This year, your baking can bring not just joy and aroma, but also help those who need it most.

Join us on December 7 at the Orfű Advent Gathering – Medvehagyma House, where we are hosting the annual Charity Bake Sale. In addition to baked goods, enjoy a Christmas craft and garage market, local producers’ delicacies, free festive photo opportunities, creative workshops, a Christmas candy sale, and tasty food. It looks like Santa will also visit to surprise the little ones with candy from his sack!

Let’s get into the holiday spirit together with smiles, conversations, and the warm sense of community that Orfű is known for.

The bake sale relies on community support. If you’d like to contribute baked goods, please sign up by December 5–6, 2025, so we can prepare in time.

Continuing last year’s tradition, we will offer two sizes of pastry boxes with carefully selected assorted sweets. There will also be a surprise mini box for those who prefer less sweet treats. All proceeds go to charity: last year, we delivered Christmas gift packages to 8 children in need, creating unforgettable joy. This year, we aim to surprise 9 children.

Come taste, bring a pastry, or simply join us. Together, we can make the holidays sweeter not only with treats but also by brightening the Christmas of Orfű families in need.
