Galleries, museums, exhibitions – paintings, sculptures, old and modern styles, all around the city – in downtown courtyards, main squares, and historic buildings.
Museum Street refers to Káptalan Street in Pécs; it got this name because most of the buildings in the street are museums. Museum Street was renovated as part of the Pécs2010 Cultural Capital project. Eight museum buildings were renovated; some were expanded, and others had their gardens landscaped.
