As of the 30th of March 2026, the summer airline schedule includes a new flight between Pécs and Munich. Passengers can board the planes twice a week in each direction between 30th of March – 22th of October 2026. The best ways to approach the airport:
- by car: the airport is located 6 km from the southern border of Pécs, next to highway number 58. It is located 2 km south of the junction of the M60 motorway and the 58 highway. From the direction of Croatia – from the Dravaszabolcs border crossing – it can also be approached on highway number 58. Within 5 minutes you can be in Pécs.
- by public transportation: long-distance buses from Pécs to Siklós/Harkány – from Siklós/Harkány to Pécs have a stop “Pogány, Repülőtér” right at the airport. In every 20-30 minutes you will find a connection in each direction. Detailed schedule and tickets are available on the joint website of the MÁV-Group and in the MÁVPlusz Application. You can also purches tickets on the vehicle where both cash (Hungarian Forint) and car payment are available.
