“Come to enjoy my heavenly flavours! Special, fair trade, bio chocolate bars through which you can get to know the unique tastes of cocoa beans produced in various countries. I create my sweets following my original recipes: you won’t regret trying my Beriolette, Whisky, Pálinka Sonnet, Ristretto bonbons or any of the rest! My Honey Fig bonbon won the bronze prize at the international competition of the Academy of Chocolate in London. I constantly learn and experiment, so my selection is always growing too: e.g. pumpkin seed bars, milk or dark chocolate hazelnut cream etc. You can get a cup of hot chocolate any time of the year. You can have an Ischl tartlet or a macaron with a delicious cup of coffee. I can even make you a mirror glaze mousse cake if you ask me to! I recommend my bonbon making workshop to families and groups of friends (with a prior appointment). And if you peek through the panorama window, you will see how Legos, Rubik cubes, shoes, cars, train engines, footballs, violins, rulers, shears etc. are made—all of that of chocolate, of course, which can be white, ruby, milk or dark!”
